If our skincare doesn't meet your expectations, we'll gladly refund your money. We believe that everyone deserves to feel satisfied with their purchase, and we're committed to making that happen for you. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we will refund your purchase (minus shipping). Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to make sure you're happy with your skincare experience.

The 30 Day Money-back guarantee is valid for skincare products only, excluding Tidhá shimmer oils

To be eligible for the money back guarantee, we would like you to speak with us and provide evidence of the product not being suitable for your skin and the product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving it/them.

Beauty tools and accessories are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or broken.

You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges when returning your products back to us.

Once we have received the products, we will make sure to process the refund back to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days depending on your bank & may take longer for international orders.

How do I return a product?

To organise a return, please email our customer service team, including the reason for your refund to customercare@tidha.com

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post. Tidhá will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure the parcel.
