Refund Policy

Returns may be accepted only if you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty products. Please contact our customer care team at within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Please have your invoice and contact details attached and provide details of the order (including photos). 

Items must be returned to receive a refund/exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Tidhá does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products. We recommend items be returned via registered post. Tidhá will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, including a satisfaction guarantee.

Only items purchased on may be accepted for return.

Any items purchased at one of our authorised retailers must be returned to the location of purchase for further assistance.

We do not offer returns for Sale items or where a discount code has been applied. All sale items are considered final sale. Refunds will not be accepted during this period unless the item is faulty.

You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges when returning your products back to us.

Once we have received and inspected your return we will email you to let you know whether your return has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days depending on your bank & may take longer for international orders.
